About
The intention of this prototype is to explore the effect of having many contributors to a single piece of noise. There is an underlying loop constructed of small audio samples. The samples are provided by anyone via the uploading interface and are under 2 seconds in length. The only alteration the application applies to the audio is distortion.
Eventually, with enough contributions, the sound will evolve into a chaotic and dense noise wall. The contributed sounds are presumably provided in good faith and assumes they are public domain licensed. This project is an experiment and serves as a basis for later projects. It is being preserved and maintained for reference.
